Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Ellis Island was overall pleasant. The rooms were the highlight, being nice, clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to the pool and reception. The service was helpful and friendly. The location was good, within walking distance to the strip and other amenities, although there were some unpleasant smells. The dining experience left something to be desired, but the facilities were decent considering the price.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were perfect for accommodating my family of 5 adults, renovated, and very clean. However, the service, especially at check-in and the pub restaurant, left much to be desired. The location was convenient, being close to the Strip and Caesars Palace, but the presence of homeless individuals around the area was unsettling at times. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a delayed check-in time and an average breakfast spread. Overall, the hotel offered a decent stay with some room for improvement.
